*RMC14009 - 11/23/2009 - Fix RMC12023 created a pagination error for all non-
*                        IP printers.

*Problem Summary:
*    The fix RMC12023 causes non-IP printers to eject a page a the start of
*    printing even though the printer is at the top of form.
*
*Symptoms:
*    Printed outputs are preceded by a blank page.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPEDRVR
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
